Hi group, I started two trays of seedlings in little peat containers in early March. They are coming up fine, getting sun, growing, looking forward to being planted in my garden. However, unexpectedly, we have to go away from the house for 4 days - I don't know what to do with the seedlings! Should I water them well and then cover them with a trash bag for the duration of the trip?? Or should I put a tray of water under them? But then wouldn't the peat pots would be soggy and too wet...?? I keep them in a southern window. I figure they'll dry out if I don't do something. I'm in zone 5, southern Massachusetts. I don't know what to do!! Can anyone help me with a suggestion?? Thanks!!
