No, you don't want to use either the ash or the briquettes, I don't
remember exactly,
something with either the ingredients, or the manufacturing process. For
ashes, use ashes from
hardwood, for charcoal, I've seen charcoal in most gardening centers. Be
careful using
ashes, It will raise your ph like lime.
