Does somebody know of a better name for SQFT gardening? Here in continental Europe, people don't know what a SQFT is. And in England, in 20 years, young people maybe too. In the U.S.A., you are just beginning to use the metric system. Now how should we call it? I definitely need a good name for Europe. Some proposals below (sarcasm and humor included): Square Gardening Square30Cm Gardening ZeroPointZeroNineSquareMeters Gardening Koelsch Gardening (Koelsch is chequered cloth) Table-Cloth Gardening Game-Board Gardening Division Gardening Mel Gardening Spice Girl Gardening (sorry, couldn't resist) Bartholomew's Method Square Bed Gardening Now I hope you have some better ideas. In the metric system, standard SQFT beds are 120 x 120 cm, containing 16 squares of 30 x 30 cm.
