Indeterminate varieties of cherry tomatoes generally have good disease
resistance. If I were to grown only one I would probably go for Sungold
and my second choice would be Sweet Million.
F1 means it's the first generation of a hybrid cross. Open pollinated, or
heirloom varieties you can save and grow the seed from and expect the
offspring to look very much like the parents. When two different varieties
are crossed they produce hybrid seed which is called F1. Good hybrid
crosses express the best traits of both parents and exhibit something called
hybrid vigor, meaning they grow really well. The downside is that seed
saved from your F1 hybrids will produce a wide range of plants, expressing a
broad mix of traits of their grandparents, not all of them necessarily
desirable. Seed saved from F1 hybrids is called F2, and seed saved from them
is called F3, and so on. If you kept saving the seed from your best plants
for a few generations, inbreeding each year, you would will have enventually
dehybridized the strain and would have an open pollinated variety again.

The heats not bad, but it could be a bit warmer, in the 75-90F range just
until they emerge. Then move them to a cooler area, in the 60-75F range.
If they don't come up then they've likely succumbed to a fungal attack
before they could get going, or the seed just wasn't viable to begin with.
Cheers!
