I believe it is.  I bought mine from Bountiful Gardens about a year ago.
It's a 20 min. video which is an interview with Ruth Stout.  She talks
about her life a bit, and her garden, and they show her working in her
garden and describing some of her techniques.  I ordered it from their
catalog.
