I've gotta say it doesn't sound worth the money.  My 300 sq ft community
garden costs $50/year.
Two inches of this bagged compost all around once would cost almost $200!

It might be a worthwhile component of a seed starting mix.

...But like all composts, it's value is in it's available quantity, low in
the
N-P-K fertilizer numbers. I don't know that it's as good, say as straight
stable cleanings for building a compost or making beds. (In other words, if
I had to buy it by the bagful, I wouldn't bother unless I saw some tests
and numbers run on it first.)
