Re: Dandelions again

Back on the farm over a half century ago we used to use dandelions for the
first greens in the spring.  Thought they were great because we hadn't had
fresh garden greens since the previous fall.  By the time the lettuce was
ready, the dandelion greens were getting kinda bitter.

We kids used to try making dandelion wine too but I don't recall that as
being a pleasant experience so can't contribute to that topic.
