Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Well, with the onset of glorious weather and night time lows only in the
40's I was lured out to plant things a few weeks early. I've planted
lettuce, kale, broccoli plants, peas, and radishes. Onion sets are up and
looking good. Many of the native perennials are blooming already around
the yard and hills - columbine, mule's ears, bleeding hearts, some marshy
buttercup things. Everything seems very early this year. Even the lilacs
are doing their thing already.
Tomato seedlings are about 12 inches high have been moved out to a sunny
corner in the shed, but I'm not willing to risk putting them in the ground 5
weeks early. I've sweated over them too much.
I earned my first sunburn of the season, but earned it in the garden. Hope
you all are enjoying the spring time!
