This is a very good site. I did discover a problem with the url/address
though.
Since some of us are new to the cyber world I will explain. Notice the
address
is on two lines. The hyperlink system only sees to the end of the line. So
it does
not see the second part which in this case is pstor. In my case it would
not copy
and paste complete so I simply added the pstor which is the end of the last
word
in the address which is dripstor. I hope this helps because you can't get
there
without the complete address and this is a good site.

To help answer this question I would say only on for certain time a day
otherwise you would encourage shallow roots and the deeper the better.
