Yes, all 5.

For me Early Girl has had little flavor. I grew both the Boys but it's
been so many years that I have no particular memory of them.
Don't know Beef Steak.
But Big Beef is terrific! It's a more recent hybrid than the others you
mention, and I recommend it highly. Quite resistant to early blight,
which is a big problem here in the mid-Atlantic.
