Soaking seeds speeds up germination and also helps in noting which seeds 
won't sprout.  Some seeds, such as Morning Glory, should be nicked with a 
knife before soaking to aid the water getting into their hard outer shell 
(also applies to Moonflowers, Peas, etc.).
