Sounds like a cucumber beetle to me -- not a good guy :-|. There are
striped and spotted cucmber beetles. The spotted look like green lady bugs.
Striped look like the spotted except they have black stripes running down
their backs.

This months issue of OG magazine has a good section on bad bugs and how to
fight them organically.
