Re: Pineapple sage


I also have a friend who gave me a pineapple sage.  She lost hers to frost.
 This is how she propogated hers for me (and now I will return the favor for
her):
Bury a pot in the ground near the plant.  Bend a branch down over the top of
the pot and bury a section of the branch in the soil in the pot.  She held
her "branch" down with pins of some sort.  Water in. Wait until roots form in
the pot (I think she said this took a few weeks) and then cut the connection
between the new plant and the original plant.
