definately too cold!! I live in northeast PA and I see the forecast for your
area as well. Both region's temperatures are well below average this year. I
hope to plant a few early girl's this weekend but the rest will wait til
around Memorial Day (three other varieties). I would, however, think your
region would only be a week maybe two ahead of mine. Peppers probably won't
go out until the beginning of June. It's like taking a step backwards if you
plant them in cold soil! I don't think the weather will hurt your plants
since I haven't heard of any predictions of frost for you or me. The growth
will be effected and apparently is in your case.
HLP/ zone 5 felt like zone 2 this morning!!!
