Fair Price for Hoop House

I noticed a garden center going out of business and I wondered what
people thought would be a fair price for a metal pipe hoop house. They
have about 16 of the hoops and the top pipes and ground level mounting
harware. The plastic cover is blown to bits but I can replace that
easily enough.

I want to use it to cover my 8 4X4 foot beds arranged in 2 rows of 4. It
should work nicely!!!
