Yes! Aquarium water is wonderful for indoor plants and should do just as well on the outside plants. Don't forget though, you still will need to fertilize on a regular basis. Aquarium water is a very low-level fertilizer. For indoor plants that don't fruit or even bloom much, it's perfect, but if you are working with veggies, you need more.
