Whew now that I've hyperventilated!! ô¿~ I think I'd probably end up with either basil or thyme(we use a LOT of both) and there are several varieties of each so it wouldn't be quite as restrictive as other choices. OTOH I don't think I COULD give up my parsley(3 sq) and my dill, chives, oregano (1 sq each) we have 2sq each of basil and thyme as well as a window box with basil and thyme.
