     You have just saved me alot of time.  I was planning to try to grow
tomatoes indoors this winter to avoid the outragious prices.  I wasn't
sure if tomatoes could be grown in pots.  You said you used pots that
were ten inches in diameter, but I would like to know how deep they need
to be.  Also, I don't have a greenhouse and need to know if there are
special lighting conditions I could use or need.  I heard that florescent
lighting works great but how close do you put them and how much is enough?
