The fruit description sounds very much like the 'Schimmeig Striped Hollow'
tom I mentioned, though my bushes never approached 7 feet in height.

NOW I'm excited.  'Brandywine' is neither very disease resistant nor very
prolific.  If you can isolate 'Gurnsey Island' a bit from your other toms
and save seeds this year, you'd be doing us all a huge favor.  If it tastes
like BW but makes lots of fruits, I gotta have it.
