Regarding germinating of seeds, a professor Norman C. Deno has self-published
a book (Seed Germination Theory and Practice) and supplement with info from
his extensive experiments with the germination process. He has developed a
very simple, specific process, similar to paper towels, etc., and tested
thousands of species to see what conditions trigger their germination. Very
interesting, especially for growing those unusual plants from seeds.
His address is:
Norman C. Deno
139 Lenor Drive
State College PA 16801, USA
Blurb on book cover:
"To Plant a Seed Is a Noble Deed"
"Propagation Is Conservation"
(I have no financial interest - only the desire to see delight in plants
become epidemic.)
