You might want to try putting some of your favorite herbs and seasonings
in a bottle of olive oil and letting it stand for a week or two. Use
this base to make your own flavorful salad dressings. I like a little
dill in mine. Today I took some of my beet leaves, cabbage leaves,
spinich leaves and a little celery and made some of the best cole slaw i
have ever eaten........
