Thanks for the advice you all have been giving me lately on books and
garden equipment! Here's a tip in return. To me, there's nothing
worse than putting crappy, mass-made salad dressing on just-picked
produce from the garden. There's a kind that's sold here in
southeastern PA called Morgan's Dressings that are really good --
all-natural, made by hand, no preservatives, lots of good flavors, etc.
-- that you keep refrigerated. If you like organic produce and don't
like to put preservatives on it, it's a good alternative (especially if
you have kids and want them to like salad). Don't know if they're sold
in other parts of the country (probably not; it's a very small local
brand), but they have a little Web site at
