	I did this last year. I grew them in a caged square and added mulch to it
as it grew. I only used one sprouting red potato in 4 squares. I think I
could have narrowed it a little but not much. I only did two of these, and
was disappointed in the results. I got one meal out of the whole thing.	
	I am trying again this year, but I planted them differently and put them
where I can ignore them for the whole year, hopefully my mistake last time
was harvesting too soon.
	I think I am developing the Idea that potatoes are not the best SqFt crop.
Unless they grow a _lot_ better this time, a reasonable crop would take way
too much space.
