Re: Unknown Insect


Bill,
They are stink bug nymphs, and they love to pierce tomato skins and suck the
moisture out.  When the bugs grow up, they do even more damage.  If you have
pecan trees around, they will destroy the entire nut crop.  Ditto with
peaches, nectarines and plums.  Use sunflowers as a trap crop--they prefer
them--or spray with Sevin in the nymph stage.  Nothing kills the adults.
