Asparagus Question?

Hello everyone!
	This may be a bit off topic, but I could use some help.  I planted some
two year old asparagus roots two year ago. The first year I cut the sprouts
sparingly.  This year I've been harvesting and eating my heart out.  My
question is:  *When should I stop harvesting and let the sprouts grow?
