Well, all I can say is both my brother in law and a nearby neighbor have
used it successfully....

But YMMV, I guess, with most things....and any manufacturer that doesn't
stand behind its product is not to be trusted.....

The other answers given, including fencing the garden, may be best....

Dogs certainly have a major impact in the yards where they are kept, and, in
my experience, this varies in many ways, because each dog is an individual
like we are...

Frank---when the local rep won't pony up, call company headquarters
next----then think small claims court
