Transplanting woes

Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html

OK, guys, I'm worried. Silly me, planted tomato seeds to see if I could get
them to do well. Well they did, now about 10" high. Unfortunately, they
were planted too close to green beans which were threatening to choke them
out. So, I decided to up and transplant them to a more open area. Did that
early this morning, watered them, and now they're sorta droopy looking and
I'm wondering if I've murdered them.

Did the same thing with a cantaloupe vine (with flowers) that was about 8"
long, and it's almost flat along the dirt now...... *sigh* Think they'll
live??
