Ok, i am sort of new here, and i probably shouldn't laugh.... but I 
am chuckling..... somehow I can picture you running to the freezer 
pulling these out and begging them not to freeze:) I think you will 
be much better off steaming them (I think the micro method that 
someone posted should work well) even if they froze slightly while in 
there. And if they get a little mushy, there's always broccoli 
soup:)))
