Naa, no psychic hotlines here.... just good old fashioned 
experience..... well, and of course I have talked to many a 
casserole, I figured broccoli couldn't be much different.... LOL 

Glad it worked out..... by the way, where do you live that you are 
getting a nice crop of things already?
