Trellis for pole beans

My pole beans are beginning to extend their tendrils looking for something to 
latch on to.  I have prepared the conduit with string as Mel suggests, and 
have also planted two rows of beans.  My question....do I need a string for 
each plant or can some of the plants share?  Seems that it will get a little 
crowded if they share, but from the pictures in the book it looks like I 
don't need one for each plant.  What should I do?  Thanks!
