We may at cross pursposes here.  I fully agree using urine on a compost
heap, having everything break down and so on over a period of time, is
no problem.  So long as everything is broken down.  

As to healthy people - I know of two ''healthy'' ''carriers'' for
hepatitus who do not suffer it themselves.  

Not convinced it is sterile in raw form.  

If you use urine, put it on the compost heap or around plnats - into the
soil to break down, not over edible plants.
