   There will always be uncomposted parts of a pile without turning it,
unless you want to wait for extended periods of time for nature to take it's
course. For now, I prefer to move things along by turning my compost. I'd be
surprised if turning it 3-4 times in two weeks takes me more than 45 minutes
total time and that leaves me with plenty of compost to use during the summer
months.
   But, to each their own I guess.
