Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Lots of methods to keep dogs out of the garden through this thread, but I
wouldn't use any of them because I garden WITH my dog. I enjoy his
companionship, he watches out for squirrels and voles, and is careful with
planted seedlings. When new to our house (he was one year of age), he
started to dig, and I said "No!" and he never did it again during the
growing season. Once we begin to dismantle the garden for winter, he digs
after voles. I would never use capsaicin powder on him or even squirrels.
If they get it into their eyes, they're very pitiful. Consider making your
dog a garden companion, not something to shut out. Margaret L
