Square Foot Gardening List - http://myweb.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
I am in zone 5 NY. and I would like to know how late in the season I
could sow winter rye for a cover crop on small fields of a few hundred
square feet. I would like it to be grown as early as possible in the
spring. If I sow it now would it germinate and survive the winter. I
would also like to sow some in two weeks after a garden field is tilled.
The rest would be for sparse spots in the lawn.
