Re: parsnips


    I always leave my parsnip in the ground. The only mulch they get is from
their own leaves. In the spring my favorite treat is incredibly yummy
parsnips. And for the record, its unlikely that anyone has colder (-40) or
longer winters ( June 1 last Frost to late August for the first Frost) I
know some places may have it worse but not many.
