Bob:

I always get a bumper crop too! I eat as many as I can while they're
fresh! But then,  I dry some in a dehydrator and I freeze some--just
wash them, dry them off, and pop them into doubled-up freezer bags. You
can reconstitute the dried ones; mostly I just crush them and use them
in cooking.
