Dennis,
I have no tried to grow I.lacustris from seeds, but I.cristata which were
sawn last spring, but germinated only this spring and now I have some slowly
growing shoots. So be patient.

Kaunas, Lithuania, zone 5, where temperatures jumped to 23-25C before week
and the picture of native is like in common year in mid May. Pumilas start
to flower.
