Harold, Ultimate Suntan is a PCI introduced in 2000. The 2001 under my photo indicates the year the photo was taken to distinguish it from another year in my files. I shall have to remember to remove it when I share it. I can see where it is confusing.

Francesca, this time you have me confused. I have Joe's 2001 catalog but cannot find Ultimate Suntan in it anywhere. The photo is a little hard to see details on my monitor but it appears to be a PCI. Since you mention it being a first year clump and 2001 introduction, did you get it early from Joe? Sometimes he has a garden name on an introduction that doesn't get registered by that name. I assume that Keith changes the name in the registration process.

    Joe Ghio's ULTIMATE SUNTAN just bloomed and I must say it is a spectacular bloom. On a second year plant it should be outstanding. See attached. I inadvertently also clicked his BOTTOM DOLLAR which did very well this year=
