copperheads in mulch

Thank goodness there are no Copperheads here. Have only seen one
rattle snake in 20 years in Los Osos, Ca. I'm near San Luis
Obispo...close to the ocean. We do have scorpions & tarantulas
though. Have only seen one scorpion & during mating season the
tarantulas cross the roads. They are not the aggressive kind that bite.
