[PHOTO] RE:Greased Lightning/yellow ringed plicatas

This is a photo of a seedling that has been nicknamed Greased Lightning. It is
one of quite a number of plicatas with a yellow ring which may be limited to
plicatas or be the same ring seen on non plicatas. At this time I suspect it
is unique to plicatas. What you are looking at here is a luminata on top of a
yellow ring. When this happens the center is violet instead of brown or red. I
will be sharing other variations on this theme over the next few days. The
paarentage is Klingon Princess (carries luminata) X plicata seedling.
