Here is City Lights reblooming in my garden on Dec. 26.  The stalk formed in mid-November and I had hoped to have it on my table for Thanksgiving.  However heavy frosts in the week before Thanksgiving stopped its growth, and I despaired of its ever blooming.  Other things than irises, i.e. friends and family, have taken over my holidays.  When I visited my garden the day after Christmas, this is what I saw.
