Bonjour Sylvain, I find this difficult to understand since their 2006 catalog includes many photos of irises. I still receive their catalog yearly. Although two years ago I did order some daylilies from them.

Eric Besse lui-même n'est pas en mesure de préciser le pedigree. La famille Anfosso a cessé de s'interresser aux iris au début des années 90, c'est pourquoi Lumière d'Automne n'a pas été enregistré.

Eric Besse himself cannot clarify the pedigree. The Anfosso family ceased to be interested by irises in the beginning of de 90ies. That is the reason why Lumiere d'Automne has never been registered.

i have no information about Lumiere d'Automne parents.

The breeder is Besse and the date 1992.

Besse has registered other irises, i don't know why not this one.

 

It doesn't rebloom here, but it was sold as a rebloomer by iris-en-provence.com  in the south of France where it freezes one hour every ten years !

 

 

So be it, it's in the posh list!

Married to Midsummer's Eve, if it's a Carrier, i ought to get some rebloom !

I see you used Lumiere D'Automne as a parent and list it as a
rebloomer. Do you know the parents of it? It wasn't officially
registered when it was first introduced, so I haven't seen that kind of
info. I have found it a truly distinctive iris and have some seedlings
(and seeds) currently. I had no idea it was a rebloomer.
