       I was thinking the same thing.  "Harry Potter" is a pen name for an 
author, and I would suspect that one would have to get that person's 
permission for use of the name.  Not being a legal expert, that is worth only 
$0.02.
      As for "Gilded Grape" I thing you are thinking of Gilbert Grape.
