If my photos are on there, I also wasn't asked for
permission. However, I did state on the list one time that I didn't care
if someone used them (didn't mean use them for resale though), so I have no
basis
for complaints.

About my photos, Mr Milette never mentions
"authorized" (whether it's true or not) like he does with Margie
Valenzuela's, Ensata Gardens', Mike in Myrtle Beach , Rick
Rodich, Mike in Coastal SC, Andi Rivarola , Donald Eaves, or
Linda Smith's photos.
About my photos, he only says "Picture and
comments... ( i never wrote these comments) ...
submitted by Loic Tasquier", which proves i never "authorized"
him to "borrow" them!
Griffin Crump, Colleen Modra, Sandra
(Manitoba), Olallie Daylily Gardens, Thomas Silvers, are, like me also
are generously credited by "Picture and comments submitted
by ..."
On this website the pictures don't seem to be for
sale.
But knowing of the exixtence of the second
website http://www.millettephotomedia.com/ where
pictures are sold for 75$ (till 250$) a piece, it's hard to believe the
genuineness of his "borrowing" our pictures.

I have checked some of the photos on Mr. Millette's website but I have
no idea whether his claims of "authorization" are valid. For example the
following individuals are cited with the listed irises. Please visit
his websites and determine if the photos are in fact yours (by name) and if
you authorized him to use your photos. If you did not authorize him to use
your photos, I need to know that.
