I think it sets  an uneeded precedent:

In the future, with such an example, some more people might feel allowed with litteral translations.

 

I wouldn't like to see names like:

FORCES OPPOSEES when OPPOSING FORCES-Keppel 2002 already exists,

nor COEUR PATRIOTIQUE (PATRIOTIC HEART-Maryott 2001)

or even MYSTERIEUX LIVRE ( / MYSTERIOUS BOOK-Black 2005)

or even worse, maybe, one day...

ALIENOR ROOSEVELT with the rebloomer ELEANOR ROOSEVELT-Sass-McDade 1933 still in everybody's memory , not to mention the First Lady!
