From what I have heard from an expert, is that Canada has been a dumping
ground for seedings labeled by wholesalers with registered names.
Accordingly name idenfication in Canada is a mess. Since most people don't
care about names or name accuracy, the sellers are able to get by with their
dubious practices.
I would say that you do not have Stepping Out.
