Here is THE RED DOUGLAS (Sass 37).
A smallish plant with skimpy growth habits. It blooms late. However, once
you see it, it is quite distinctive: long standards and falls; very rich
velvety smooth red. It really doesnt resemble any other historic red that I
know of.
