From some of the original seeds finally planted a few years ago.... One of the darkest to date.

 

Bases of falls and standards are black and those dark lines through the signal are purple. The blue halo around the signal is almost electric. :-)

 

Over a month without rain and temps in the high 90s to 101 a few days ago. Ouch. This is in average garden soil and gets just less than 1/2" of water every 4 days.
