Dave,  

The blooms with the yellow standards were much larger than the haunting
historical lavender ones.  You're right about the split flower as well.
Seems to me that the lavender flower is a long lost parent looking for
some bloom time ;-)  

I'll send in an update next year, the clump is getting big and should
put on quite a show.
