Ironic, isn't it?  This is RCO is an Oregon based outfit and I did not locate them on the net!
I just spoke with them on the phone and apparently, I can buy both the dispenser and bait locally.
We have been out of town the last three days and now that we are back, I will make this my first 'must do'!
Thank you again. This sounds like the best solution.
